Challenge

The project presented a multifaceted challenge, beginning with a complete digital transformation to establish a high-end and strong online presence, featuring a luxurious, secure, and modern platform. Karma Group required its mobile application and website to accurately reflect its brand identity, moving beyond the limitations of a traditional WordPress CMS. A key technical challenge was perfecting the proper channels to deliver content across multiple platforms. This involved building a central, decoupled processing unit to manage bookings and all other processes in real-time, replacing the previous systems, which were prone to delays and mismanagement. Furthermore, a key priority was enhancing the overall experience for their Members. The new platform needed to go beyond simple stay bookings, offering a holistic journey that showcased curated events and extended facilities. To achieve this, the mobile app was designed to be intuitive and user-friendly, ensuring Members could seamlessly explore and engage with all available services.

Approach

We strategically built a new cross-platform application (Karma Subito) that was developed on a modular system. This decoupled the front-end design from the back-end, ensuring that both systems could be synced and scaled independently. Our team identified the need for a seamless system that could simplify the process of content updation, and integrated Strapi CMS. This was crucial, as it allowed for hassle-free content management and regular updates across both the mobile application and website. Recognizing the importance of operational efficiency, we developed a secure central processing unit that enables seamless integration with multiple platforms, enhancing coordination across systems. Alongside this, we created a real-time booking platform that enabled simultaneous management of changes and reservations across various channels, ensuring accuracy and responsiveness for both members and staff.
