To address TVG’s needs, UPDOT® developed and integrated a new visa application system directly into the website's CMS. Our approach focused on creating a solution that was both simple for customers and efficient for TVG's internal team. We built a user-friendly front-end that allows customers to submit their visa details and apply for multiple countries through a single, simplified process. On the back-end, using Payload, an intuitive dashboard was created that gave the TVG staff the ability to track and manage all applications and payments. We also ensured that the entire website was integrated with high-security measures to maintain confidentiality at every step of the process. Automating a major portion of the visa application procedure was of high priority. This helped in making sure that customers could conveniently and easily submit their details without getting caught in the hassle. To enable seamless transactions, we integrated Stripe for secure, on-site payment processing. Adding to this, the solution included flexible content layouts, allowing admins to rearrange sections for various campaigns without needing to touch the code. This was vital as it increased adaptability and autonomy.
